No equality at all: Govt amending NAB, Election laws speedily but appointment of ITNE judge for Mutasireene Nawaiwaqt in doldrums

What a speed of Govt in amending NAB laws and election laws because the parliamentarians are the beneficiaries of such amendments. i wish they work in such like speed for the general public and country but they will no. i want to draw the attention that the Govt has not appointed ITNE judge since February 2021 despite the protesters (Mutasireene Nawaiwaqt). whose cases have been pending since long, went from pillar to post. Even in Islamabad High Court the petition is pending but the Govt is not takings it seriously. Is it not the constitutional duty of Govt to full the vacant positions? Where are the courts who are not taking any action just because this matter is of general public. There is no equality at all in the country.
